What kinds of modalities do you offer in mobiles?

Medical Imaging Resources, Inc. offers high-end spiral CT, 1.0T, 1.5T, and 3.0T MRI, PET/CT, cardiac cath/angio units that can be used for cardiac, vascular, or as a combination lab in a mobile environment and Nuclear Medicine.


What manufacturers do you offer?

We offer all major manufactures, including Philips, Siemens, Toshiba and GE. Our experience in the mobile medical imaging industry has earned us preferred status with many of the manufacturers' representatives.


How long has Medical Imaging Resources, Inc. been in business?

Medical Imaging Resources, Inc. is celebrating 25 years in business; however the owners and staff have 125 plus years of combined medical imaging experience servicing the needs of hospitals throughout the United States and Canada.


What comes with mobile service?

Medical Imaging Resources, Inc. believes in total customer service. Our lease prices include all the transportation and set-up charges, full system service either through the manufacturer or through quality third party, licensed contractors for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, as well as for the hydraulic, plumbing and electrical systems on the trailer.

We offer applications training when necessary on all of our equipment.


What if we have a problem on our mobile?

Simple; you call us and we take care of the problem. Again, we utilize high quality service personnel to make sure our mobiles meet or exceed the manufacturers specifications. Our relationship with all of our service staff allows us to be in control when responding to your service needs.


What are your service hours?

We offer standard Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 service, but if you need longer service hours, we can make it available for an additional charge.


What does the hospital need to provide?

All of our mobile units require 480 Volt, 3 phase power with 150 Amp service. Some of our units require water. The hospital is responsible for all disposable products necessary for patient care.


What type of mobile trailers house your imaging equipment?

Medical Imaging Resources, Inc. uses quality medical imaging trailers with hospital grade materials used throughout. Also, our trailers have no obtrusive logos that will deter from hospital landscaping.


How long can I rent a mobile unit?

Our units are available for rent for as little as one week to multiple years. We provide service during your equipment replacement or upgrade, as an additional system to relieve the backlog or to start a new service in your community with little or no capital outlay. We have designed our service to keep your revenue stream flowing.


What kind of service can we expect from Medical Imaging Resources, Inc. before and after we sign a contract?

You can expect the best service from Medical Imaging Resources, Inc. Our team will work with your facility planning personnel from start to finish, making the transition smooth for your staff and patients. We can provide a site visit from one of our engineers to make sure the system that we provide will fit with the hospital configuration. We can also arrange a site visit for your doctors, to show him/her first hand a unit that we will provide before it arrives at your facility. And we will be happy to provide a list of references for you to call to assure you of the high quality of our equipment and the integrity of our company.
